I am grateful I have found J&Y wellness and Steven. Steven is a true expert whose knowledge extends beyond one of a massage therapist. He has been able to quickly identify my trouble areas which cause shoulder and neck pain and provided effective treatment since the first appointment. He also recommended exercises for me to do at home. I complained about my forearm and wrist pain to him and he also started treating my tenosynovitis.
