
We do direct billing
Direct Billing is available with most insurance companies in Canada. Wee handles the process of submitting claims directly to your health insurance provider on your behalf. This allows you to receive your treatment without paying the full amount upfront and waiting for reimbursement. Instead, the insurance company is billed directly by the clinic, and you may only need to pay for any remaining balance not covered by your insurance plan.

We currently provide Direct Billing for your convenience to the following Extended Health Companies:

If your insurer is not listed, please pay the clinic directly. We will provide a receipt for you to submit your claim. Please provide your Extended Health information to our Customer Care Coordinator prior to your massage.
Once you have signed the intake form we then keep the information and bill for you each visit to the extent that your company allows.
It is recommended that you check your Extended Health Plan for the following:
Does your plan require a note from your doctor?
How much coverage does each family member have each year?
When does your year begin and end?
What percentage does your plan cover per treatment?
Does your plan allow payment to come directly to us or does it pay only to the plan member?
