HOW DIRECT BILLING WORKS?

With direct billing, your insurance provider is billed directly by our clinic. In most cases, you will only need to pay any remaining balance not covered under your plan.

If your insurer is not listed, please pay the clinic directly. We will provide a receipt for you to submit your claim. Please provide your Extended Health information to our Customer Care Coordinator prior to your massage.
Once you have signed the intake form we then keep the information and bill for you each visit to the extent that your company allows.
It is recommended that you check your Extended Health Plan for the following:
Does your plan require a note from your doctor?
How much coverage does each family member have each year?
When does your year begin and end?
What percentage does your plan cover per treatment?
Does your plan allow payment to come directly to us or does it pay only to the plan member?
